certainly it is... the prices differ..like one day ull walk in there and the sign will make known "nothing under $12.98" also then another day ull walk in and it will say "nothin under 8.98" it jsut trust to on the the time ur there..but yes on the occasion that the gesture says because then its not at all scame or ne thing thats the price.. passing over i realized the "bitten'" and "dear" (amanda bynes brand) are a limited more expensive... but still VERY reasonable
